Greetings, comrades! It is I, your faithful El Presidente, reporting to you live from the edge of a live volcano! Why? Because this scoop is too hot to handle!
I have just learned that Michiel Huisman has been cast as Drake Sinclair, the male lead in NBC's The Sixth Gun. Huisman joins Laura Ramsey and a host of others in the pilot episode of what's sure to be NBC's next hit show.
With the pilot filming next week, I feel it is time to deliver some inspirational words to the cast and crew of The Sixth Gun. So here it is: Don't fuck up.
The Sixth Gun has long been a favorite of El Presidente. Despite it taking place in the American Old West, there's just something about mixing magic and westerns that just makes me giggle like a little schoolgirl. My expectations are high, and if you don't deliver....well, let's just say your families will be receiving the bill to pay for the firing squad that will execute you!
So best of luck, The Sixth Gun. Cuba (and the Outhouse) stands behind you. And if you mess up, Cuba (but not the Outhouse, my Internet friends were very clear about this) will stand in front you with pitchforks, torches and rifles.
