The new series will spin out of Age of Ultron.

Well, now we know the reason why writers like Jason Aaron and Rick Remender are no longer looking at mutants as a metaphor for minorities and the civil rights movements. Robots are the new mutants in the Marvel Universe! Sam Humphries and Andre Lima Araujo are working on a new Avengers AI title which will spin out of Age of Ultron. The book looks to explore the role of AI and robots in the Marvel Universe and their complicated relationship with humans. Starring the Vision, Victor Mancha, a Doombot and Hank Pym, Marvel is already promoting the robot-focused book by noting its civil rights themes.
In a USA Today article, Breevort notes that Vision will take own a "civil-rights activist" role in rallying and advancing the cause of AIs. The article also reveals that the AIs will have a Magneto type character in Dimitrious, who is rallying AIs towards some nefarious purpose.
The fifteenth Avengers team will also have a few new characters, including Alexis, a mysterious new AI and probable love interest for the robot-banging Pym, and Monica Chang, a SHIELD agent and also probable love interest for the human-banging Pym.
