Superman fans who want to see Man of Steel before anybody else are going to get their chance. The bad news? They’ll have to tread into their local Walmart to do it. The
Devourer of Worlds nation’s leading retailer is teaming up with Warner Brothers to sell tickets to an advance screening of the new film in its 3,700-plus locations around the U.S.
Starting on May 18, film viewers will be able to purchase tickets for special advance screenings of Man of Steel to be held in select theaters in the U.S on June 13. That’s a day ahead of the official release of the film. Regular and 3D screenings of the film will be available. There will be a four-ticket limit per visit.
Along with the ticket, buyers will be given a code to pre-purchase either a Man of Steel Blu-Ray combo pack or a HD Digital download. The pack will feature exclusive material and digital comic written by David S. Goyer, the film’s screenwriter.
