The first official promo for the new tv show will air this weekend during Sunday's Once Upon A Time finale, though a bit of it leaked the other day. Joss Whedon, director of The Avengers, is a co-writer on the show along with his brother Jed and Maurissa Tancharoen. He also directed the pilot earlier this year, and fans have been waiting for official word the show would finally move beyond pilot stage. Clark Gregg will reprise his role as Agent Coulson, leaving fans to wonder how he will return after being killed in The Avengers.
The rest of the cast is made up of Ming-Na (playing Melinda May), Chloe Bennet (Skye), Elizabeth Henstridge (Gemma Simmons), Iain De Caestecker (Leo Fitz), and Brett Dalton (Agent Grant). The first official promo image is posted above and stay tuned this weekend for the official teaser.
