We all know that Scott Snyder and Rafael Albuquerque's Vertigo epic American Vampire is on a wee bit of a hiatus to allow Snyder to rule the comics world on Batman and Superman Unchained. But what is the artist supposed to do in the meantime?
The answer? Take over the artistic reins of one of DC's other great titles, Animal Man!
Written by Jeff Lemire, Animal Man has recently finished up the massive crossover 'Rotworld' and is currently dealing with some seriously emotional fallout for Buddy Baker, with the death of his son and split from his wife. It's a really good book and it's going to be even better with the wonderful Alburquerque on art.
I can't wait!

Niam Suggitt, Punchy to his friends, is the most humblest of all the Outhouse writers. His easy going manner and ability to see and recognize the point of views of those who he disagrees with has made him one of the most sought after members of our community to resolve conflicts. Although he likes all of you, and considers everyone to be his friend, Punchy would prefer you use “Niam Suggitt” when quoting him for the front cover blurb on your book.
