Currently Doc Ock is living in Peter's body and adventuring around New York as a very different Spidey. But, a week ago we heard the news that Peter Parker: Spider-Man would be launching, leading many to believe Peter would soon be returning to the role of Spider-Man. This however, doesn't seem to be the case, with Marvel editor Steve Wacker pointing out that the new series will be told in flashbacks (this year).
They also offered up a preview to the cover of Superior Spider-Man #21 this november, featuring the Stunner, who was once an item with Dock Ock. You can also make out the new Spider-Ock suit that we first saw in Avengers.
So to all the spidey fans looking forward to the return of Peter, you may have to wait later, rather than sooner. Everything comes back around in comics eventually, but for now, learn to love Superior Spider-Man, it's actually a pretty good book.
