The Outhouse will publish an article next week about today's article announcing the premiere of an advertisement in two weeks for a movie that comes out in November.
The Outhouse, a snarky comic book website, announced on Wednesday that, sometime next week, they will write an article covering the announcement by Marvel Comics that they will debut a new trailer for Thor 2: The Dark World on August 7. The site promises to report on the fact that Marvel plans to run the trailer as part of YouTube's Geek Week, which runs from August 4 through August 10, along with other Marvel-related content.
"We figured, if Marvel.com was going to write up a story about a story that hasn't happened yet, why can't we write up a story about a story about a story about a story that hasn't happened yet," explained Outhouse Editor in Chief Christian Hoffer. "I mean, it makes perfect sense. So I told my guys, get on this shit, we need to drum up some traffic in the post-comic-con slump."
The Outhouse's story is scheduled to be written on Monday, July 30, but chances are we'll forget all about it by then.
