Stargate SG-1's Teryl Lothery is joining the cast of Arrow as Jean Loring.   Lothery's character, the Atom's longtime love interest, will play Moira Queen's attorney that gets wrapped up into the "scandalous lives" of the Queen family.  The official character description notes that she'd do anything for her clients, which may well include murdering longtime acquaintences (which is what she did in the Pre-Flashpoint DC Universe).

Arrow fans will remember that Jean Loring was hinted at Season One episode "The Undertaking" as a friend of Oliver and Laurel's.  Whether this leads to an appearance of Ray Palmer (aka The Atom) is anyone's guess.
