Oh the Inhumanity! Marvel has announced that Matt Fraction will be stepping down from Fantastic Four and FF starting with Fantastic Four #12 and FF #11 in order to focus on the Inhumanity event and subsequent Inhumans series. According to CBR, the decision to leave the books was totally on Fraction's part.
However, Fraction won't be abandoning the series entirely. According to Tom Brevoort, Fraction has plotted out both books through #16. Marvel will bring in Karl Kesel and Lee Allred to "execute" Fraction's plotlines in a scripting type of duties. Kesel will be working on Fantastic Four while Allred will join brother Mike and sister-in-law Laura on FF.
