Well, we are getting another Fable game that isn't Fable IV: Fable Legends will be a four player co-op where you and your friends each control the four heroes, but there is another player who will control the villain in a top-down perspective. They will place enemies, bosses, traps, ambushes and more to challenge the four heroes.
Set 400 years before the other Fable games, where "heroes" are common. The four you'll see in the trailer will not be the only options for you to play. If you wish to play alone, AI will take over the other roles and you can switch between the heroes at will.
Fable Legends uses XBox One's cloud capabilities and will only be playable online.
Interesting. Reminds me a lot of my days of tabletop D&D with a dungeon master trying to kill us all... but it's not Fable IV.
