Marvel is developing a new "4D Motion Ride" that will travel across America, spreading joy and love across the land. We expect the traveling ride, which will incorporate motion comics and virtual reality in a ride not dissimilar to Harry Potter and the Impossible Journey at Universal Studios, will be a safe and fun experience for all. Or that's what we would say if not for the fact that it's being developed by some of the people responsible for Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.
Dubbed "The Marvel Experience", the ride will act a roving, mobile theme park, traveling town to town in search of new victims. While details are sketchy, if it's anything like the much derided Spider-Man musical, we can expect broken ankles, a budget in excess of $75 million dollars, and Bono.
We probably wouldn't be making muscial jokes if we had any real details to announce. According to Newsarama, the project will begin development in 2014.
Our friends at Nix Comics are sponsoring The Outhouse this week. Show them you appreciate it by checking out their comics. One dollar from every Nix Comics sold this month will go to Kirby-4-Heroes.
