Marvel Shocker: Venom Cancelled as of Issue #42

The series will end in October.


Venom is coming to an end.  Marvel confirmed that the series, which featured Flash Thompson bonding with the deadly symbiote, will be ending in October.  Cullen Bunn, who's been writing the series for nearly two years, spoke with about the series ending and said he'll wrap up most of the loose ends in the books' final few issues.  

Bleeding Cool has hinted that Venom will be getting relaunched as part of Marvel NOW!'s second wave.
