Spartacus's Cynthia Addai-Robinson has been cast as Amanda Waller in the upcoming season of Arrow.  Addai-Robinson joins fellow Sparticus alum Manu Bennett, who plays Slade Wilson, on the CW series, which begins its season in October 9th.

We reported a few weeks ago that Waller will have a recurring role in Season 2 and will show up in Episode 6, entitled "Keep Your Enemies Closer". The episode is just the crowning point of what appears to be a Suicide Squad themed season with other alums Deadshot (Michael Rowe) and Bronze Tiger (played by Michael Jai White) teaming up to take down Arrow at some point in the season as well.

Of course, some fans will be upset with the casting as Addai-Robinson is much skinnier than Waller's original comic book counterpart.
