Leigh Lahav "makes pop culture-y animations, doodles, and other stuff!" You may have heard of her web series, Fangirls, but if not, you should check it out here - it's pretty damn funny.
Anyway, Lahav created this cartoon, in which humanized versions of Marvel and DC meet and remember old times. Shocker: humanized DC is a dick. She sent this to us on Facebook because, well, we're, like, a real website that people send stuff to now. How did that happen? Oh yeah. Thanks again for that, DC. Anyway, the video description links to our Has DC Done Something Stupid Today archive for further info on DC's screwups too, which is pretty cool. It also notes:
I love both Marvel AND DC, and their creations. This video is ONLY a humoristic response to all the latest DC scandals.
You know what else we like about Leigh Lahav? She emailed us that screencap for the article image above. You wouldn't believe how many people send us stuff they've done that we'd love to share, but which come with no supplemental material to go along with it, forcing us to go looking for something or taking our own screenshots, which, let's face it, is a lot of work for people as lazy as we are.
Our friends at Nix Comics are sponsoring The Outhouse this week. Show them you appreciate it by checking out their comics. One dollar from every Nix Comics sold this month will go to Kirby-4-Heroes.
