Marvel confirmed that All New X-Men and Guardians of the Galaxy will be crossing over this morning with the reveal of these two covers.  While we'll update with the details shortly, the covers (which feature the All New X-Men's new uniforms) are just too cool not to share immediately.  We'll get some more details as they come in:

The crossover will run for six issues between the two books. the Shi'ar will kidnap young Jean Grey and put her on trial for her future (our past) crimes, and the Guardians and the X-Men will team up to get her back.
