The director was attacked on set by two men and their motive surprisingly wasn't that he raped their childhoods.

USA Today revealed the wacky story of how the American Pioneer in ruining classic 80's childhood was assaulted by two brothers while filming for Transformers: Age of Extinction on set in Hong Kong.
The pair approached Bay on set, and the youngest of the two demanded that Bay fork over $13,000. After Bay refused, the pair attacked Bay (who hopefully spouted one clichéd one-liners from one of his action movies), before police intervened. The two brothers continued to fight with police before finally being subdued and arrested.
Bay suffered minor injuries to right side of his face and refused medical treatment. No word if he went back to filming. If he did, it only confirms that Michael Bay is a manly man with a far higher testosterone count than myself. The two brothers were charged for assault and blackmail.
