Sometimes it feels like every website has "inside sources," (we should get some of those). The latest gossip courtesy of Schmoes is the casting for John Conner and Sarah Conner are nearly complete. Here's the interesting thing though, the actors being cast are roughly the same age, so not a mother/son dynamic in the typical sense.
The final actresses up for the role of Sarah Conner look to be: Emilia Clarke, Brie Larson, and Margo Robbie.
And for John, it's been narrowed to two actors: Boyd Holbrook and Garret Hedlund.
Are they sending John Conner back in time instead of Kyle Reese? Because that certainly makes a lot of (non)sense. You want both people that need to live to save all time hanging out together, right?. Plus, where is Kyle Reese? I understand not wanting to follow in the footsteps of the great Michael Biehn, but it could get awkward if John is his own father. The rumors even take things a step further and suggest multiple time traveling episodes, where they travel back to the 1950s even. And who will play the Terminator? Could CGAhnold return or another jacked-up actor like The Rock take his place?
