Bat-Drones for Superman vs. Batman?

Does this random Warner Bros. producer know what he's talking about, or is he just stirring the pot?

Lord knows after the last week of Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor and other Superman vs. Batman rumors, I could use a break.  You probably could as well.  Unfortunately, Warner Bros. producer Daniel Alter didn't get the memo.

So is this the initial concept for the film?  Superman's hatred of drones spying on him puts him at odds not only with the US Military, but with Bruce Wayne as well?  It would make sense to see someone like Batman keeping tabs on all these potential super-people with a small fleet of drones.  If this is even true, it could just be one scene or sequence of Batman checking up on Superman, but with all of the discussion going on about drones lately, it would be an interesting issue to cover in the film.
