Everyone's favorite gun-toting vigilante turned thespian, George Zimmerman, has found himself in the spotlight again, this time for rumors that he'll be cast as Hank Pym, the titular character in Marvel's upcoming Ant-Man movie. The rumors come after Zimmerman was arrested for a domestic violence charge involving his girlfriend this week. Hank Pym, of course, is famous for slapping his wife, fellow superhero The Wasp, and also for creating the villanous robot Ultron, which ultimately led to Marvel's Age of Ultron event, which gave us Wolverine vs. Wolverine (Never Forget!). So all around, Pym is a fairly despicable character, and Zimmerman is perfect for the role.
Zimmerman's first acting role was successfully convincing a Florida jury that he was not guilty of murdering Trayvon Martin, which was hailed as an award-worthy performance. Zimmerman also has stage experience pretending to be a cop in his neighborhood watch.
