Of course, if he keeps blabbing stuff, we may see a different actor playing him next time.
Frank Grillo will be playing the villain Crossbones in Captain America: Winter Soldier and seems to think he'll be appearing in future movies as well. In an interview with Crave Online, Grillo revealed that if fans respond well to the character, Marvel has more plans for him.
You meet people who are going to be around for a while, so they introduce the characters. It’s almost like it’s a series. It’s fun. I can’t say very much about it because Marvel’s very strict about what you’re allowed to say. The movie, we’ve seen bits of it, and it is spectacular...
We’ll see what happens. We’ll see if the fans respond to Brock and how it goes.
The also asked if he had any interest in appearing in Agents of SHIELD, but Grillo says at this point in his career, with another show he is already working on, it's not something he is interested in. Hopefully with so many villains set to appear in Winter Soldier (Crossbones, Batroc the Leaper, The Winter Soldier, and it seems even SHIELD itself) he doesn't get crowded out.
