It's deja vu!
Didn't I just write this article last month? Almost, but now the story is that he will write AND direct the new series. Other than that, I'm just going to post the same thing I wrote up last time:
Drew Goddard worked on Alias, Buffy, Lost, wrote Cloverfield and Robopocalypse for the big screen, directed Cabin in the Woods, plus he's buddies with Joss Whedon. So the leaked news posted from The Wrap that Drew Goddard will be
taking on writing duties for writing and directing Daredevil on Netflix sounds like pretty good news to us.
The fact that he loves the character only puts us that much more at ease:
You’re talking to a guy who had quotes from Daredevil painted on his wall while growing up,” Goddard told Collider earlier this year. “Even when I was 18, I still had the blood red door with the, ‘I have shown him that a man without hope is a man without fear.’ That was what I loved and so it’s the sort of thing that if we can find the right project, I would love to do it.
And unlike last time, this time Marvel has confirmed the news.

About the Author - Jeremy Shane
Jeremy was born in a small mountain village of a strange foreign land called Weystvurginea. Banishment for liberal views saw him spend years wondering the east coast until he decided to bike to California. When he saw how long a trip it was, he drove instead. Now he's living it up in a low humidity climate, sometimes working on his photography and when not, he writes for us covering books (by way of his blog: Reading Realms), gaming, tv, movies, comics, conventions in the SoCal area, and creates a weekly webcomic: A Journey Through Skyrim. If you look for him offline, start in the L.A. area; online start at: www.jeremyshane.info for his profile and all the social networks he's on... or just follow him on twitter, he seems to be on there a lot: @jeremyshane.
