It's getting hard to keep up with all the rumors for Batman vs Superman (or whatever they end up calling it). Although I'm thinking the Outhouse may have to come up with their own rumor so we can have an "exclusive" rumor.
Variety is now reporting that sources tell them that Warner Bros. is wanting Joaquin Phoenix for a possible role, and perhaps as a villain (Lex Luthor some are already suggesting). One small problem with the theory -- they haven't actually talked to the actor yet.
Joaquin Phoenix has been steering clear of blockbusters in recent years, so who knows if he would be interested. At this point, we can just add him to the pot of names (I still think Jason Momoa would be a great and unexpected choice for Lex Luthor).
Warner Bros. has been said to be tossing out some red herrings lately about the movie as well. What is the world coming to when you can't even trust leaks?
Our friends at Nix Comics are sponsoring The Outhouse this week. Show them you appreciate it by checking out their comics. One dollar from every Nix Comics sold this month will go to Kirby-4-Heroes.
