First, let's get this out of the way, Wonder Woman is not going to be Kryptonian in the sequel to Man of Steel. I'm sure her origin will be mostly faithful to some version of the comics; whether that means new or old DC, you got me.
But, before fanboys were freaking about Kryptonian Amazons, they were worried about a waif Wonder Woman and, ever since the failed tv show, there is always concern over what they will do for her costume. Well, cosmicbooknews supposedly has the scoop on the answers to those concerns.
Gadot will be going on a 3500 calorie-a-day dietand training three hours a day, possibly with trainer Mark Twight. Costume influences are said to come from Greek history and the movie 300.
Our DC Entertainment source believes the one chosen is a sort of dark blue skirt with a belt around the top where a sword and lasso hang from. The source also believes Wonder Woman will have a round gold and black shield and possibly a red cape that sits to the right hand side.
Their source also says that the movie will deal with the fallout of Superman and Zod's destruction of Metropolis. But that's not really a big shock, I mean, they kind of have to address it.
