For those of you who do not know, One Million Moms is a “faith” based organization whose goal is to
take all the fun and free will clean up all avenues of our culture to ensure the bigotry and ignorance survival of our civilization. 1MM is against the gays, non-Christians who don’t want to be proselytized at in public schools, the gays, sex between consensual unmarried adults, the gays, liberals, the gays, other (non-Jesus) religions have equal representation in entertainment, and the gays. What they do is wait for someone to tell them about “unclean” actions in media, do no research, and write letters to advertisers, then take the credit when nothing happens.
Actually, that’s not fair; their track record with getting unpopular / low rated TV shows off the air is really good. However, their record in regards to programs with high ratings is nonexistent. It’s almost as if there is no correlation between what they do and reality.
But, I digress.
In a nod to the "it's complicated" sexual identities of many of its users, the social network on Thursday added a third "custom" gender option for people's profiles. In addition to Male or Female, Facebook now lets U.S. users choose among some 50 additional options such as "transgender," "cisgender," "gender fluid," "intersex" and "neither."
One Million Mom’s spokesperson, Abigail Constance, had this to say on the organizations Facebook page:
TAKE ACTION NOW! Please send an email letter to the sponsors of Facebook. Urge these sponsors to place Facebook on their “do not advertise list” in protest of these attempts to redefine gender, desensitize our children, and bring filth to the internet. 1MM will continue to monitor Facebook and keep you updated on current advertisers and the status of our boycott via the 1MM Facebook page..
One would think that the thousands of people who follow the 1MM Facebook page would realize that they can't follow Facebook updates if they are boycotting Facebook. One would be wrong. As of press time, neither 1MM, nor any of their 1,000,000 (give or take 937,000) Facebook followers have responded to interview requests. We can only assume they are in high level meetings with Mark Zuckerberg and we hope they are close to a settlement as not one wants Facebook to come to the same fate as Archie Comics, The Ellen Show, the Disney Channel, or the gays
Our friends at Nix Comics are sponsoring The Outhouse this week. Show them you appreciate it by checking out their comics. One dollar from every Nix Comics sold this month will go to Kirby-4-Heroes.

About the Author - GHERU
RU, or as he’s known in the writers’ room: the cute one, is relatively unappreciated in his time. RU’s YouTube show, RUviews is watched by literally multiple people every month and his Outhouse articles have helped line many a bird cage. Before you send RU a message, he knows that there are misspelled words in this article, and probably in this bio he was asked to write. RU wants everyone to know that after 25+ years of collecting he still loves comic books and can’t believe how seriously fanboys take them. RU lives in Akron Ohio (unfortunately) with WIFE, ‘lilRuRu, and the @DogGodThor. You can also find him on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, & even Google+ (if anyone still uses that).
