Following Son of Batman (which is premiering sometime at Wonder Con as we speak) as the next DC animated feature will be Batman: Assault on Arkham. At the time all we knew was it was going to feature the Arkham universe and Kevin Conroy was going to reprise his role as Batman. Now with the trailer below we get more details: such as the movie appears to have a major appearance of the Suicide Squad, which was teased heavily in Batman: Arkham Origins. Yes, this means CCH Pounder reprises her role from the DCAU as Amanda Waller and yes "the Wall" has a much more non-New 52 look (I'm guilty of not having played Batman: Arkham Origins). Here's the trailer:
Suprisingly, it looks as Hynden Walch will be voicing Harley Quinn in this one (a role she is reprising when she voiced the character on The Batman), Neal McDonough as Deadshot/Floyd Lawton, and Troy Baker as the Joker. Batman: Assault on Arkham escapes out on Digtal, Blu-Ray, and DVD sometime later this summer. Though more than likely it'll premiere at SDCC in July.
