The ax keeps on swinging at DC as the publisher announced that three more series would be cancelled this August. Superboy, Phantom Stranger and Pandora will all end in August, right before the publisher holds its annual "Fuck Quality, We Have Gimmick Covers" event in September.
Two of the titles, Phantom Stranger and Pandora, were "Dark" line comics, and were part of an extended crossover with Justice League Dark and Constantine. The third, Superboy, featured its title character get killed off and replaced with an alternate Superboy from the future in recent months. All three titles sold around 15,000 copies in April.
With the cancellation of these titles, along with Bird of Prey, Batwing and All-Star Western, DC's lowest selling ongoing series are Swamp Thing and Constantine.
