3D About to Get Even Gimmickier With Guardians of the Galaxy

If only they could figure out how to put chromium hologram variant covers on movies.

Because everything is better with pointless gimmicks, Guardians of the Galaxy director and butt-loving professional wrestler James Gunn says that the Imax 3D version of Guardians will feature something "extra" for fans. He also says that the Imax 3D version will feature "shifting aspect ratios," which he claims will make the movie "even fuller and more encompassing," presumably because it is opposite day, because there's nothing more distracting than the fucking aspect ratio changing during movies.
