SDCC '14: A Pair Of Prehistoric Posters

No, not old Outhousers, a couple of dinosau-- ugh! It's movie & TV related stuff.

As San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) nears, more announcements about movies and TV shows (and maybe comics) will rain down on fans like pieces of a rouge asteroid. Today we have a pair of dinosaur-related posters promoting two different properties.

Those who attend SDCC will get a chance to get one of these posters. Director of the Jurassic World movie tweeted out this message for con-goers:

Poster artist then provided a bit more detail on how to get your talons on one of the posters:

Here's the poster for Jurassic World that will be available:

Jurassic World will claw its way into theaters June 12, 2015.

The second dinosaur-related poster is for an ABC television special. Last year during the holidays, ABC aired "Toy Story of Terror" and this year the holidays will have another Toy Story related holiday special. This time it will be Pixar's "Toy Story That Time Forgot", which takes place post-Christmas and is described thusly:

"the gang find themselves in uncharted territory when the coolest set of action figures ever turn out to be dangerously delusional. It's all up to Trixie, the triceratops, if the gang hopes to return to Bonnie's room".

A sneak peek of the poster (that will also be available at Comic-Con) was revealed today. What's even cooler is that the poster has a comic book (remember them) conection; it was drawn by Mike Mignola (Hellboy, Rocket Raccoon)!

Lucky SDCC attendees have a chance to nab both of these posters, good luck! If they are generous attendees, they also send this reporter one!
