Possible bad news for Daryl/Beth shippers from the Walking Dead creator!

In the letters column for Walking Dead #130, Robert Kirkman answered a question asking whether popular AMC TV show character Daryl Dixon could possibly be gay. The news comes from an article on shameless clickbait website Comicbook.com from "Joe Comicbook," an alias set up by the site's cowardly writers, such as sexless virgin and Twitter shittalker Russ Burlingame, to publish said clickbait articles without damaging their reputations. Here's what Kirkman had to say:
All I can say is that it’s been discussed. We have very specific ideas about Daryl’s sexuality (or the seeming lack thereof), and if there’s ever a quiet period in the show where he’s not consistently distracted by crossbowing… we’ll tackle it in the show.
"For the record," Kirkman added that AMC would "absolutely" allow it if true. Daryl has been involved in a relationship with Carol on the show, and recently experienced romantic tension with a possibly teenage Beth, so maybe he might turn out to be bisexual? Whatever the case, Daryl remains the sexiest man on the show, and his roguish charms can be enjoyed by viewers of any sexual orientation.
