EXCLUSIVE: Latest Shocking Sony Hacker Leak Reveals Turmoil in Spider-Man Production

You won't believe what's going on behind the scenes with the people responsible for the Spider-Man franchise!

Source: ThanosCopter Newswire

It's been a rough couple of weeks for Sony Entertainment, with cyber attacks that began in late November resulting in a seemingly endless stream of leaked information providing countless fodder for the internet rumor mill, most of which consisted of confirmation of the same rumors that had already been floating around for months (that Marvel was interested in crossing over with the Spider-Verse, that there were plans for Venom, Sinister Six, and Female Spider-Character movies, that Andrew Garfield stinks, etc.). But just when we were beginning to think that there couldn't possibly be anything else of interest to milk from these hacks, a recently revealed series of memos shows that there's always more to scrape from the bottom of the barrel.

According to memos that are being exclusively revealed here on The Outhouse for the very first time anywhere, on Junel 26, 2013, Sony Pictures Chair Amy Pascal, Amazing Spider-Man Executive Producer Avi Arad, Director Marc Webb, and stars Andew Garfield and Emma Stone engaged in what can only be described as a heated battle over a very volatile subject.

Be warned: the content of these memos was intended to be confidential, and might contain language not suitable for younger readers. Here they are:

Memorandum to: A. Arad, M. Webb, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Amy Pascal

Subject: Lunch???

First of all, congratulations to everyone on completing production for Amazing Spider-Man 2. Sony is really looking forward to releasing this movie in theaters in the summer of 2014, where we'll almost certainly win the summer box office. I hear Marvel has a movie about a talking tree and raccoon coming out that year. Ha ha! What are they thinking? We're going to blow them away.

So, I was thinking, I would love to take you all out to lunch to celebrate. What do you think of Chinese food? See you soon.

Best Regards,

Amy Pascal

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Marc Webb

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Thanks for the kind words. We're really excited too. Who is going to want to see a movie about a raccoon and a tree? They really don't know what they're doing over there at Marvel, do they? I think it's best if we keep our Spider-Man franchise as far away from their cinematic universe as possible.

As far as lunch, that sounds like a great idea, but I don't really care for Chinese food. I find it too spicy, and it disagrees with my stomach. Can we do something else?

Thanks,

Marc

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, M. Webb, E. Stone

From: Andrew Garfield

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Agreed on the raccoon movie. But who doesn't like Chinese food? You know you can order it without spice, right? That seems really picky. I don't want to make a big thing about it, though, so why don't we go for sandwiches?

Looking forward to getting together.

-A. Garfield

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Marc Webb

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Andrew,

I'm well aware you can order it without spice. I still don't really care for it. If you didn't want to "make a big thing about it," why bring it up? It seems like you did want to make a big thing. Not everyone can eat that kind of junk food and still maintain a slim figure and boyish good looks. Also, I hate sandwiches.

Thanks,

Marc

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, M. Webb, A. Garfield

From: Emma Stone

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Come on, guys. Let's not fight about this. Why don't we go for Indian?

Sincerely,

Emma Stone

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Marc Webb

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Emma, are you an idiot? If Chinese food is too spicy, why would you think I could eat Indian? God, I'm so glad we killed off your character.

-Marc

June 26, 2013

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, M. Webb, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Avi Arad

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Hey, don't call Emma an idiot. At least she's not a picky crybaby. Who do you think you are?

-Avi

June 26, 2013

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Marc Webb

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Who do I think I am? Who do you think you are? You're a poor man's Kevin Feige. The only reason we let you executive produce this film is because Marvel couldn't afford anyone better when they were near bankruptcy and they sold us the Spider-Man rights.

Fuck you.

-Marc

Memorandum to: A. Arad, M. Webb, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Amy Pascal

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Okay, everyone just calm down. I'm sure we can find some kind of compromise. How about Italian?

Regards,

Amy Pascal

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, M. Webb, E. Stone

From: Andrew Garfield

Subject: Re: Lunch???

There's about as much chance I'm eating spaghetti with this douchebag as there is the Boston Red Sox will win the World Series this year.

GFY DIAF,

A. Garfield

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, M. Webb, A. Garfield

From: Emma Stone

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Guys, I think I've lost my appetite. Let's reschedule and let cooler heads prevail.

Respectfully,

Emma Stone

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Marc Webb

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Emma, you're not even a part of this franchise anymore. Respectfully, I don't think you get a say here.

Memorandum to: A. Arad, M. Webb, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Amy Pascal

Subject: Re: Lunch???

If I had known this would cause a fight, I would never have suggested Chinese. Hell, I really prefer Mexican anyway. Sorry about all this. Let's just try again another time.

Best Regards,

Amy Pascal

Mexican sounds good to me. Want to meet up at that place on 50th?

Memorandum to: A. Pascal, A. Arad, A. Garfield, E. Stone

From: Marc Webb

Subject: Re: Lunch???

Sounds good to me. I'm about five minutes away. I'll get us a table. I was actually going to meet up with Paul Walker today to discuss some concerns I have about the dangers of street racing, but I can reschedule for next year.

-Marc

So as you can see, with that kind of turmoil going on, it's no surprise that Sony found itself open to such a major breach. Stay tuned to The Outhouse as we continue to bring you the most important news in comics and entertainment that can be obtained via North Korean cyber attacks and which in no way represents a sleazy gossip industry devoid of any kind of journalistic ethics and willing to publish just about any flimsy rumor with a salacious headline in the name of clicks.
