Film critics and fans unanimously agreed on Wednesday that a new trailer for the video game "Lego Dimensions" starring Christopher Lloyd far exceeded expectations for the 2016 film Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Though Batman v. Superman has nothing to do with Lego Dimensions, viewers of the trailer expressed surprise that they were way more entertained by the two minute clip of Lloyd reprising his popular role as Doc Brown from the Back to the Future movies than any of them believe they will be when they finally see the first cinematic meeting of Batman, Superman, and the Justice Friends. In addition, fans noted that the 76 year old Lloyd has aged better than the themes of Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns, from which the grim and gritty feel of the upcoming DC Comics superhero movie is borrowed, and that his costume is more colorful and pleasing to look at. According to a recent survey, more than 70% of potential 2016 moviegoers said they were "more than likely" to avoid going to the theaters on March 25, 2016 and instead remain home and watch Back to the Future 2 on Blu Ray. Check out the trailer below, and let us know if you feel the same.
