Revealed EXXXCLUSIVELY!!! on ComicVine this afternoon, DC is launching a new Harley Quinn spinoff miniseries in April. Called Harley Quinn and her Gang of Harleys, the book will be written by Frank Tieri and Jimmy Palmiotti with art by Mauricet (The French version of Morrissey*) and a cover by Amanda Connor.

Straight from the pages of HARLEY QUINN comes the story of her strange new army of assistants, the Gang of Harleys! In this new miniseries, they've been on the job for just a few months, and the Gang is ready to stand up and show what they can do without Harley...and they just might have to, because Harley's been kidnapped! The Gang's homes, their loved ones—they're all in danger from a strange new villain with a very personal grudge against Harley!

Just who is that strange new villain? Well, unwilling to be outdone by lesser websites, The Outhouse can EXXXCLUSIVELY!!!(!!!) reveal that it is none other than controversial retailer and Steve Geppi supporter Dennis Barger Jr., who is seeking revenge for the damage done to his polybagged variant covers by DC Comics! You might be wondering how a real-life comics retailer could become a supervillain in a comic book, but just take a look at Outhouse resident artist Ali Jaffery The Hunk's dramatization of the Facebook battle between Geppi and Mark Waid, in which Barger ambushed Waid on Geppi's behalf, accusing him of racism against white people, a not at all ridiculous allegation, below:

Hopefully that answers all your questions.

Look for this exciting new series on shelves, and hopefully not in destructive black polybags, in April!

* Yes, we know he's actually from Belgium. Just let us have this one and enjoy the pic.
