James Wan Literally Still Attached to Aquaman Project

Warner Bros is desperate to keep its creative staff from fleeing its superhero movies.

With director Seth Grahame-Smith leaving Warner Bros' "Flash" movie last week after learning that he needed emergency surgery to remove an unnecessary hyphen from his last name, Aquaman director James Wan was next to be rumored to leave his project. However, according to a new report from Valnet Inc. Presents: Comic Book Resources, which can view after clicking through a full-page interstitial ad, Wan isn't going anywhere, because he physically can't!

That's because, according to CBR's report, Wan is "still very much attached" to the Aquaman film, with the director posting this photo to Twitter to prove it:

Supergluing a director's back to the wall of your studio is an innovative way to keep him from fleeing the project, but we can't help but wonder how it might affect morale on the set. Aquaman is set to come out in July of 2018, leaving plenty of time for Wan to free himself and escape. We wish him the best of luck.
