Jughead Gets New Creative Team, Refugees From Delay-Plagued Books

Sabrina the Teenage Witch will guest star in the comic, since another issue of her own is never coming out.

Changes are coming for Archie Comics' Jughead series this September. The book will be getting a brand new creative team, as Cip Zdarski and Erica Henderson depart, and Ryan North and Derek Charm take over. The change takes place in Jughead #9, but a new team isn't the only thing that will be different.

Along with this new regime comes a new policy toward dealing with refugees from strife-torn regions of the Archie Universe. Of course, we're talking about Sabrina the Teenage Witch, the comic which has been plagued by an ongoing series of delays that cause about 1.5 issues of the book to come out per year. It looks like Jughead will be welcoming Sabrina into its pages while the creative team meets for peace talks to try to come up with a plan to produce another issue.
