American Gods To Become 27 Part Comic Adaptation

Pre-order it now or else it'll get cancelled!

Source: Press Release

Just in time for the American Gods television show, the best-selling book by Neil Gaiman will also be receiving a comic adapation from Dark Horse Comics. The maxi-series will be written by P. Craig Russell, who has also adapted Gaiman's Coraline and The Graveyard Book, and illustrated by Scott Hampton, with covers by David Mack and Dave McKean

Joining Hampton on interiors will be "guest" artists, presumably to keep up with the grind of a monthly comic series, including Walt Simonson, Mark Buckingham, Colleen Doran, P. Craig Russell, and more.

American Gods joins other graphic novel adaptations of works by Gaiman including How to Talk to Girls at Parties, Troll Bridge, Forbidden Brides. The series is set to run 27 issues to be collected into 3 hardcovers. The first issue drops March 15, 2017, so be sure to head down to your local comic shop and preorder this series because it's your fault if it gets cancelled.
