Rick Famuyiwa Latest Director To Run Away From Flash Movie

He's following in Seth Grahame-Smith's fleet footsteps.

Four months after signing on to direct The Flash, Rick Famuyiwa has walked from the project, citing creative differences. Presumably, he wanted to make a good movie and Warner Bros. didn't. Pre-production for the movie has been started, with filming set to start early 2017. This may setback filming, unless a new director is attached soon.

This shakeup follows Seth Grahame-Smith's departure from the movie only six months ago, also citing creative differences, but as The Outhouse knows, it was his addition of werewolves into the movie that caused the issue.

The Flash is scheduled to be released March 16, 2018, if they can find a director to stick with it.
