Trying to recreate that X-Men Origins: Wolverine magic.
Source: Entertainment Weekly
X-Men Origins: Wolverine was a box office success, earning $373.1 million on a budget of $150 million. Now, Ryan Reynolds wants to do it all over again with Hugh Jackman, even though Logan may be his last Wolverine film.
"Part of the reason I want to do a Deadpool/Wolverine movie is not just because I think the two would light the screen on fire but I genuinely love the guy."
Viewers of X-Men Origins: Wolverine certainly wanted to light the screen on fire.
Deadpool 2, directed by David Leitch, a former stuntman on X-Men Origins: Wolverine, is set to start filming next year.
