Comic book writer and nonfiction author Gerard Jones was arrested on December 29 for possession of child pornography, over 600 files, and uploading said videos to YouTube. The 59-year-old former writer of Green Lantern, Justice League, and Batman pled "not guilty" on January 5.
His scummy lawyer, defending Jones, emphasized his lack of a criminal record stating, "It's important to differentiate between violent sex offenders (and) these kinds of cases, because there's a big difference," even though other videos uncovered inside Jones' home showed adults performing sexual acts on children as young as 1-year-old, police said.
