"It's not like the show's ratings could do any worse," said Joss.
With ratings at an all-time low, due to a lack of news coverage, Agents of SHIELD have decided to start throwing things at the wall to see if they stick, including letting Joss Whedon's brother direct an episode.
"We let my brother tackle an episode. It certainly couldn't hurt the show," said creator Joss Whedon. "I called him up and said 'Jeb, Josh, Jack, whatever your name is, you don't have to sit at the kids table anymore at Thanksgiving.'"
Joss Whedon's brother's episode airs February 21 on ABC.
