No Joke, Warner Bros. Talking To Mel Gibson For Suicide Squad Sequel

We can't make this stuff up.

David Ayer directed Suicide Squad, a critically-despised, but box office successful movie. So who does Warner Bros. have in mind for the sequel now that Ayer has moved onto Gotham City SirensMel fucking Gibson. The actor/director/anti-Semetic has had a roller coaster of a career, falling in and out of favor with Hollywood due to his public antics. He's recently riding high thanks to his Oscar-nominated war movie Hacksaw Ridge, though.

Ayer probably fell out of favor for the sequel when he wished he had a time machine to redo the movie. We still don't blame him. For wanting a time machine, that is. We still blame him for the movie.
