A not so long time ago… There was "Force Friday". The year was 2015, the date September 4 -- when many a grown man beat up little kids and grannies to get the toys, books, and collectibles from the then upcoming movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens. With a new Star Wars saga film (sorry Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, you don't count) looming on the horizon like a Death Star, a sequel to the first Force Friday was also announced.
Yes, Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be getting its own Force Friday. While none of the products have been revealed for Force Friday II yet, the packaging for the toys have. Instead of featuring Kylo Ren like The Force Awakens packaging did, this time we'll see Poe Dameron, Rey, and Finn. Rey in particular seems to have a new look for the film:
And when can you get your mitts on the first toys, books, and collectibles? 12:01am Friday September 01, 2017 (at participating stories).
Here's the official statement:

Toys, collectibles, books, apparel, and more will go on sale beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, September 1, 2017, with stores around the world opening for a weekend-long celebration of all things Star Wars.
