Toys Spoil Everything!! Marvel Legends Two-Pack Reveals Kurt Russell in 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'!

Just when you thought you'd be spoiler free. Hasbro shows off Ego the Living Planet! Go on. You know you want to click it. Go ahead....

If there is anything we've learned these past few years is toy lines spoil everything. They spoil key scenes like the Mandarin running around in a truck with a tentacle from Iron Man 3. Shuma-Gorath appearing and invading the Sorcerer's sanctum in Dr. Strange. Zartan being a crazy face changing ninja assassin who looked like his cartoon self in G.I Joe Retaliation

Wait, none of those happened.

Okay, so some things don't happen. But Paul Bettany's Vision in Avengers: Age of Ultron was spoiled via toys. Megatron being in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen? Spoiled via toy. This past year with the Megazord for next month's Power Rangers' movie? Spoiled via toy. The only people who have been smart to this game are whoever makes Star Wars figures at Hasbro. It took several months before we got a Rey with a lightsaber figure. The list goes on and on.

It seems whoever works does the Marvel stuff for Hasbro doesn't believe in that. Given well, that's how we got some juicy spoilers in the past and sure enough, we've got them again here. One character who hasn't appeared much in Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 is Kurt Russell's character in the movie, Ego the Living Planet. Well that ended at today's Toy Fair as one of the Hasbro promos showed off the character:

Obviously, this is just one form he'll take in the movie. But hey it's the first time we've seen Kurt Russell as Ego. Not counting Funko, who even buys those damn things anyway? I got ya to click on it. Which leaves me to do one last thing for getting ya to click on this article...
