The "Doctor Who" Twitter site has announced the premier date for the new season coming to the small screen this April. This also begins the last season for Peter Capaldi.

Season 10 of "Doctor Who" premiers April 15, 2017 on BBC One. The States will get this the same day on BBC America, and afterwards will see the American premiere of the spinoff series "Class", which has.. wait for it .. already been cancelled.

Episode One, "A Star In Her Heart", written by Steven Moffat and directed by Lawrence Gough, features new Companion Bill Potts (Pearl Mackie) and the return of Nardole (Matt Lucas).
