They're trying to streamline the complaint process.
Source: Press Release
In preparation for the Secret Empire event, that may or may not signal the end of Nick Spencer's career, Marvel is launching a new complaint hotline disguised as a chatbot. Marvel's chatbot will give fans the chance to chat with Marvel Super Heroes to ask hard hitting questions like "Why the fuck is Captain America a Nazi?" Fans will also be able to engage in quizzes and puzzles, receive exclusive first-looks, and find their local comic shops.
The only superhero available to chat at launch will be Spider-Man, though it seems Marvel will add more heroes later. The chat, available on Facebook Messenger and Twitter DM, is set to go live with the debut of Secret Empire on May 3, barring any unforeseen delays.
