There seems to be no stopping DC Super Hero Girls. First, the franchise which spun from a toy line had only digital spotlight shorts (though the three main characters are Wonder Woman, Batgirl/Barbara Gordon, and Supergirl). Then we got a full-on direct to video movies. Plus comics as well. Now the franchise is taking that next step with full on series that'll be debuting on Cartoon Network in 2018.

This was all revealed per Deadline. The series is produced by Lauren Faust (Powerpuff Girls, Super Best Friends Forever, you might say was the stepping stone for all of this, and some other series that I can't recall at the moment. Oh, wait! Foster's Home for Imaginary Kids!! Wait, where you expecting something ELSE from me?! HA! HA! HA! HA! I do not know what you're talking about. There is nothing else she did that I should know about. NOTHING! For nothing is what else she did. Nada. Zero. Zilch. The absolute of nothingness. CURSES!! I am going on like Mojo Jojo again. Because that's what happens when you get to me like I know you are now. Because you think that because I mention Faust I would mention something, but as you see I haven't. But instead, you've gotten me to do this. To which then I say again to you. CURSES!) and executive produced by Sam Register (Teen Titans Go!, Mike Tyson Mysteries).

Hopefully, this means more Lady Shiva, who surprisingly has been given a big part in all of this. .... What? I've watched a few episodes for the character. Not like I watch other episodes for Big Barda or for the various other heroes littered as Easter Eggs in an episode.

When more news breaks we'll let you know. Not like we kind of like this show or anything
