Rachel Bilson Doesn't Want Daughter To Live With Shame Of Father Hayden Christensen's Acting

Bilson is trying to avoid telling her that he was Darth Vader as long as possible.

Rachel Bilson told People (magazine, not just passers-by on the street) that she's doing her best to avoid exposing her daughter to father Hayden Christensen's role as Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader in Star Wars: Episode II Attack Of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III Revenge Of the Sith.

"She might be like, 'Oh no! Darth Vader's my dad!' " Bilson points out of her daughter, joking, "No one's gonna mess with her on the playground."

No one would play with her daughter on the playground if people (classmates, not the magazine) discovered her father's acting range, or lack thereof.

Bilson can be seen on Nashville and Christensen can be seen in First Kill out July 21.
