Fans Petitioning For Google Doodle On Jack Kirby's 100th Birthday

Stan Lee will take credit for it, if it goes through.

Jon Morris, author of The Legion of Regrettable Supervillains, is petitioning Google to get Jack "The King" Kirby a Google Doodle, for what would be his 100th birthday.

As shown in the tweet above, Kirby was a WWII veteran and co-created Captain AmericaThe HulkThorThe Fantastic FourThe X-Men, and The Avengers. He's also famous for being overshadowed by the carnival barker Stan Lee.

To support the petition, email your proposal to proposal at google dot com, with the subject Google Doodle for Jack Kirby August 28 2017. In the body, list the reasons Kirby deserves a Google Doodle.
