FLCL S2 & S3 Trailer!

Toonami just suddenly released a trailer to Seasons 2 & 3 of the anime series.

Huh... with next to no fanfare, Adult Swim just unloaded the trailer to Seasons 2 & 3 of FLCL (twelve episodes altogether) on their Facebook page. Here it is in all it's glory (courtesy of IGN cause for some reason it can't be embedded cause?):

So, the question now becomes will Season 2 air sometime this year, with Season 3 next? Maybe we'll find out more at SDCC (it is this month). Then again, given the randomness. That seems to fit the nature of when an official announcement will be made. Until then FLCL Seasons 2 & 3 will appear I guess if we believe the trailer in 2018. If any new info is learned we'll let you know.
