SDCC: Young Justice Season 3 Panel

The moment a lot of you've been waiting for, SEASON 3 details of Young Justice!!

The panel had showrunners Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti along with artist/character designer for the series Phil Bourassa. The panel started with a trailer showcasing Seasons 1-2 of the series and it shows off concept logo for the show:

Of course, they go into details that the revival was because of the series being huge on Netflix (oh the irony) and fan demand. Weisman then notes at the cosplayers in the room complimenting them on their cosplays, but tells them, "You'll soon see your all out of date. Sorry."

Young Justice: Outsiders will again have twenty-six episodes in total. Currently, ten episodes recorded and completed with twelve more scripts having been finished and awaiting voice recording with six final scripts yet to be written. Given that the series is moving to a streaming platform means the creators can now explore more mature themes.

Character designs are the next things shown. Here's the new team: Robin (Tim Drake), Arsenal (Roy), Blue Beetle, Kid Flash (Bart Allen), Static Shock, Wondergirl (Cassie Sandmark), and Beast Boy.

More character designs are shown of Arrowette, Traci 13, and Spoiler.

And a full on shot of the team:

Of course, they muse that there are plans for a Seasons 4 and 5 of the show. The fan questions came next with a "No comment." on the status of Wally West on the series. Jason Todd is still dead on the show and refused to say anything more. 18. They concluded the panel with a piece of artwork with a masked Dick Grayson with swords, Superboy, a bearded Aqualad, and a masked Artemis. That is all that's been reported from the panel. If anything else gets released we'll keep the article updated.
