Aspen Comics Makes Confusing Business Move, Announces Lower Prices And Less Variants

Don't they know that's the opposite of what publishers do?

In honor of its fifteenth anniversary, Aspen Comics has announced a new initiative throughout 2018. Three of its flagship titles are celebrating milestones with Michael Turner's Fathom and Soulfire's twenty and fifteen year anniversary respectively, and Executive Assistant: Iris' ten-year anniversary.

The publisher also plans on less variant covers along with reduced prices on new jumping on points including 25-cent primer issues and $1.50 zero issues, which is the opposite of how other publishers work.

We feel this is the best possible way to thank everyone and also push Aspen into the next exciting stage of our evolution."

Other Aspen titles include Charismagic, Dellec, Jirni, No World, and Shrugged.
